How to promote this forum?

Feedback is desired from forum member and IT Gurus on how can we promote this forum to make it more effective. This forum is currently in the startup phase and its not visible in the GOOGLE search unless we provide the whole URL.

There should be more member on this forum to have diverse views and make the discussion more fruitful.

Thanks for your commennts and suggestions bro, well everyone of us have to share the link of forum on their facebook, twitter etc, and request your friends to join the forum and start posting, so that it could will crawl by search engines.
