Bahria Garden city taken over by DHA 3

Bahria Garden City (Zones 5 to 9) have been taken over by DHA 3, and declared as Sector B of DHA 3.
DHA boards have also been erected there and DHA map is also displayed there.
Possession is available in zone 9 for 10 marla, and zone 8 for kanal.
Remaining zones seem to be partially developed but i am not sure about there possession status.
Current access is from Bahria Town phase 8.
Work is on progress at main gate on GT road which will directly link GT road to DHA 3 via a road. This road construction might take some time, however work seems to be ongoing there (i visited last week).
10 marla plots are from 4 to 4.5 million and kanal from 7.5 to 8.5 million.

Comments are required from everyone to rate it for investment purposes ?

Where exactly is the gate on the GT Rd? If you can please point via google maps.

Also you mentioned possession available for zone 9/10. What's the filling situation like in these zones?

The gate is before Zaraj Society gate.
It seems to be going towards Sector A DHA 3.
I think there must be quite filling in zone 9 (10 marla) especially in first few streets.
I myself am not expert on land filling so cant say much.
Dealers told me that there is filling in some areas there.
Need comments from experts here.

Few days ago i met with a guy, who lives in the village where land is being taken over by army officials to give access from GT road.According to him the land was purchased by Malik Riaz but the village people were not willing to leave there land even though they were fully paid(Due to backing of a high ranking political official so badmashi from Malik Riaz was out of the question) . Now the army is in the process of taking the land from those villagers so access road can be built.
This information was according to ground reality.

So i think after this process is complete than Bahria Ph 8 and Garden City/DHA will have major jump in the prices...
